General Information

Network is open to any significant European scientific results. Its Governing Body is not concerned with copyright issues, and only authors can be held responsible for any copyright infringement. Therefore any person claiming authorship is to prove their identity in such a way that can be checked.

We wish to check however the genuity of the contents of all copy submitted for publication, as it is often the case that the materials sent in contain non-achieved results and non-genuine information, presented as facts. For this reason, authors are to repeat experiments in the presence of a person designated by the Governing Body, or, in the case of intention of publication, the designated person is to be invited for the experiment to be conducted before them. Authors are not required to pay for their materials to be publised, and nor does Network pays authors. Materials intended for publication are welcome.
